H Ananthanarayanan & Co is the owner of the name HANCO and the HANCO trademark, which is registered in India.

These are used by various HANCO companies in relation to their products and services.

The terms of use of the group mark and logo by HANCO companies are governed by the Brand Equity and Business Promotion Agreement which is signed by H Ananthanarayanan & Co and individual group companies

The group is primarily focusing on property business which includes land development and construction under the vertical HANCO Property Developers Private Limited.

The group has plans to venture in to various other lines of business over a period of time.

Mountain Mist Apartments
This is a nine storey structure with three apartments in each floor totalling to twenty seven apartments. The site is located on the Palakkad – Kozhikode NH (step in – step out) at Tanavu junction, Olavakkode.

The major advantage of the project is its proximity to the Palakkad junction railway station. It is only about 200 metres from Mountain Mist to the railway station.

All the nine floors are above the stilt. The ground floor otherwise called as the stilt is dedicated for car parking, community hall, security room and Mountain Mist association office room.

Each of the apartments is two bed room apartments in the range of 1060 square feet.

This is a four storey building on the Palakkad – Coimbatore National Highway (NH 47). There are eleven apartments of which seven are 2BHK’s and four are 1BHK’s.

The project is very closely located to the already functional BEML, Pepsico, Marico and various other renowned establishments operational at the Kanjikode industrial area. Also the Kanjikode railway station is only 750 meters away and the Assisi Convent school, Kendriya Vidyalaya etc. are very closely situated. So too the proposed railway coach factory and IIT.
